Hi team,

Currently it's triggering this error:

"2015-04-28T16:44:27+0000 - Task "Auth 2.0 en Gapps" (id: 25[0] - status: ABORTED): Unauthorized: anonymous. Please contact your administrator."

This error is triggered when the process skips two manual tasks caused by timer execution, those timers were configured to be executed after a day but in the process was implemented a loop to set reminders to manual task's user (this user currently is a RMP valid user) three times in the first and eight times in the second (see TimerLoopConfiguration.png), when the second timer finishes its loops an email is sended to an other user and afterward the process tries to login with Google Aps (see GoogleAPILoginConnector.png); when the process tries to enter into the subprocess the error is triggered.

Pictures' description:

- TimerLoopConfiguration.png, shows the loops' configuration using timers.
- UnauthorizedError.png, shows where the error is triggered.
- GoogleAPILoginConnector.png, shows the subprocess' configuration using the Google API Login connector.
- UnauthorizedMessageError.png, shows the message error.
- TripProcess.pdf, shows the trip's process implemented.

Additionally when the process is executed successfully the error isn't triggered even if the user executes the manual task in the second loop.

Thanks for your help,

Best regadrs,

RMP Support Team at Avanxo Colombia

Hi,

Google has discountinued the service for its Client Login/Password authentication scheme for its APIs from April 20, 2015 and so you should only use OAuth2 for authentication.
Refer : https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/AuthForInstalledApps

Attached is documentation for you reference to use OAuth2 as server side authentication using a system admin's refresh token with offline access.

Alternately, you can aslo refer to our public documentation below for each user level authentication :
