Upcoming server maintenance

Hi Team,

Several days ago I received an email from "con...@runmyprocess.com" stating there would be server maintenance at the below times.

• AWS EMEA: 23th of June 2021 from 01:00 UTC to 01:30 UTC
• AW1-US: 28th of June 2021 from 09:00 UTC to 09:30 UTC
• AWS FANZ: 28th of June 2021 from 14:00 UTC to 14:30 UTC
• AW1-JP: 28th of June 2021 from 18:00 UTC to 18:30 UTC

I emailed back requesting confirmation on the AWS EMEA time but have received no reply. The reason I ask is that it is written as the 23th of June (not the 23rd) whilst the others are the 28th and in previous server maintenance cycles they've all been on the same day.

Could you please confirm the downtime for AWS EMEA for me so I can let out users know.

Hello Ben,

As mentioned in the announcement, date and time for EMEA is correct though it is written as 23th. It is planned for:

·  AWS EMEA: 23rd of June 2021 from 01:00 UTC to 01:30 UTC.
