Hi Team,

As data filled into the web-interfaces goes into the process and remains with the same process instance and we can access it at any given time.

So my question is, Can we depend on data store in the process instance?

And what are the situations when data with the process instance may be lost.

OR should I use collection to store the data.

Regards,
Sagar

Hi Sagar,
There are less chances of your Process instances or WI instances getting lost till you willingly delete it.But even then Collection is more preferable if you want to store huge data because of security issues :http://docs.runmyprocess.com/Developer_Guide/Rights/Access_Rights  as well as better & fast performance.

Thanks & Regards
Bidisha
