how to reset the interface using a button

i created one interface with textboxes,checkbox,list widgets, and i use two buttons, one to submit and another for cancel option, in cancel i want to reset my form to initial state. which is reset to each widgets initial property like clear text, reset list,clear mandatory error message,etc. is it possible using cancel button? if it is possible. please guide me to do the same.

Please configure the Cancel button to Redirect for the same web interface URL.
