Hi,

I think you want to make your Web-Interface public?
To do this, just go to Implementation tab of your Web-Interface, where at the bottom you find Visibility option, in which you have to select as "PUBLIC" and for more information please refer link below.

Thanks&Regards,

Hi

Actually I have been through that link. I am not able to change the visibility tag to public. Its non-editable which is set to private by default.

Hi,

Could you please check with the type of your web interface in implementation tab of your web interface whether it is a "Launchable web interface" because if the web interface type is "Manual task web interface only" Visibility option will not be in editable mode.

Thanks&Regards,
Sweta

Hi,
Public web interface option is disabled for users based pricing model (per user). It is enabled only for usage based pricing model as mentioned on our website :

Hi,

In case even if you have any restriction for your account to create a public web interface. you can create a public web interface by following method.

  1. Go To Account-> Configuration
  2. Click on Authentication method Tab
  3. Choose the mode of your project
  4. Choose your project
I have attached a screen shot of it. Please refer to it.
but I recommend you to go with paid service.
Thanks&Regards,
Sweta

Hi,

Regarding your initial question, can you let us know the scenario why and where you want to use Public Web Interface?

As mentioned by Sweta in the above post,  the steps applies only if you want to create a Login page for your application and this page will be Public by default and you don't need to Pay any additional cost for this "Public Login page".

But if you want to create a Public web interface where an un-authenticated user wants to submit the form then you need the Public visibility set on that web interface and this "Public" option is only available for "Usage based accounts". It is not available for "User based" pricing accounts.

Thanks,
Sushma
