Hello Prachi,
thank you for your answer. I'm sorry for the missing image.
So:
- I have created a new provider called "Provider_RMP_test", but I choose Authentication scheme: None (that is different from the configuration of RunMyProcess Server). See attached photo (providers.png).
- I have followed every step of the tutorial in the link and I could create new connectors.
- When I had to create the new connector "Kick task reminder process", I configured it in the same way of the connector that opens when clicking on "open corresponding connector" from the "task reminder process" (in my case this connector is called "reminder process", in the tutorial it is named "CONNECTOR - task reminder"), BUT I noticed that in the connector "reminder process" the provider was RunMyProcess Server (and this can't be changed). I could not choose that provider when creating the new connector, otherwise I couldn't save the connector. So I used the provider "Provider_RMP_test" that I had created. See image "connectors.png".
- I tried to launch the process and the result was that the task was correctly assigned to me (I saw the notification on runmyprocess) and I could complete it, but no mail arrived.
The last thing that I have tried is to change the configuration of the provider "Provider_RMP_test", choosing Autenthication scheme: login/password so it was identical to RunMyProcess Server. So I launched the process again, but this time the task wasn't even assigned to me, it was marked as completed as soon as I clicked the button on the webinterface that was supposed to launch the process.

http://docs.runmyprocess.com/Developer_Guide/Process/Design/Task_Reminder_Email). When I try to save the new connector I get "error when trying to save the connector". The same happens if I try to save whatever connector I create (like the one in the attached photo). I guess maybe the problem is in the Provider (I use RunMyProcess Server that is the one that appears when I click "Choose a provider"), maybe I don't have access to it? How can I understand which is the problem, if the error message is so vague?
