Creating AD User through LDAP SEC

I'm attempting to create an Active Directory user through the SEC connector but all accounts are created disabled. How can I create them and have them be enabled? Do you have documentation on how to properly use the LDIF commands?

Pankaj, The examples you sent me are for VB syntax and LDAP query syntax.  How does this translate into the SEC connector syntax that you have in your documentation? (http://docs.runmyprocess.com/Integration_Guide/SEC/Adapters/LDAP#53-changing-an-entry-in-a-directory)

I'm attempting to create an Active Directory user through the SEC connector but all accounts are created disabled. How can I create them and have them be enabled?  Do I need to create them and then enable the accounts?  If so, how do I accomplish this via the SEC LDAP connector?
