A user has experience the error message, "Unable to upload " File Name". Maybe your file is empty. Please Check your file and retry".


The file type is pdf, size 192kb. The file is not empty. Is there a reason why the user could be getting this error message?

Mostly, such error occurs when you try to upload a file of larger size(>15 MB).But you have said that its just 192kb,so this should not be the cause.Can you try logging out and login again and upload the file.It may be a case of session time out.

Make sure, the file has not corrupted.Try uploading other files of same or different format and size and check if its getting uploaded.Also, make sure that the user has the right to upload files.You can also try and check by making your WI public if it is private and vice-versa.

Try all the different scenarios and let me know.

Getting the user to clear their Cache, essentially making RMP re-sign itself in, worked for me. Thank you for your help.
