Hi,

We have a requirement where we will have a same workflow process by the forms associated with that will be entirely different and we will have really more number of forms to have a conditional flow on the process.

So we are exploring a possibility of dynamically associating the form to a manual task.

What would be the best approach to achieve this?

Thank you!

Regards,
Siva

Hi Siva,

I clearly suggest you to design your Forms into Custom widgets and add them all in the same Web Interface in which you will maintain 1 single variable 'form_type'. Links to your application(s), will look like this (passing the variable in it) :

Then, in the form, the embed custom widget will be set with a conditional loading script ("[[form_type]]"=="travel_request") :

Finally, you will just have to set the buttons Submit, save, approve reject for each of the screen at the bottom of the web interface.

Best regards.

Hi Dimitri,

Thanks for your response. This is solution is good. But still, we need to have all the custom widgets defined in the form (in our case, around 400). If we have a dynamic API to load the widget by a widget name (may be a future enhancement)

Regards,
Siva
