How to keep History through different WI?

Hi guys,

I'm having some trouble with the History Widget.

I have 3 different WI in the same process and each of them has a history widget. But the idea is to keep the full history.

While I am in the first WI, the history works fine.
The problem is that when I go from one WI to the other (after finishing a step in the process) the second WI doesn't load the history from the previous one.

What should I do?

Hi,

RunMyProcess best practice is:- For a Process, You should create a single web-interface for a process and use custom widget and other controls and make widget visible/invisible as per your requirement in different activity of the process.

Since you are using different web-interface in a process, it will not be able to use the History widget fully. Please update your design and instead of 3 web-interfaces kindly use only 1 web interface.
