Hi,

I have an issue, when i hit the submit button called "Enviar formulario e imprimir" the page throws me the following error(look the attached image) and i don't know what could be the cause of this error:

Not Found(404) - The server has not found anything matching the request URI

I will really appreciate your help.

Hi,

Please give us more details on the action you have implemented on "Enviar formulario e imprimir" button. If you are triggering a process, please make sure the process is available in the published version.

Hi Pankaj,

Thanks for your answer. I attach a screenshot of the button configuration and the pre-launch script of the button in order to give you more details of the problem.

I have this same problem from another screen so i will really appreciate your help on this.

Hi,

Are you getting this error on "Enviar formulario e imprimir" or in all the screen where request is submitted or updated? Error 404 is related to that either process (which is selected in this web-interface) or any other resources is not available. Also please remove the pre-launch script for testing to check if this validation script is causing the error.

Hi Pankaj,

I'm getting this error on some screens, i tried to remove the pre-launch script but the error stille happens.

Can you provide me a alternative solution please?

Hi,

Are you getting the same error in launching the application in "Test" mode? If it is only in "Live" mode, kindly create a new version. If you still face the issue, please let us know your availability for a screen-sharing session on this issue.
