Budget Management Approval Example (not seeing web interface in project)

Hi,

When I go to the examples and look at the Budget Management Approval example, I don't see any web interface under the project.

1. I see the interface in the Budget Approval Tutorial, but it's not in the examples.

2. Also how do I duplicate this workflow example completely so that I can modify it in my own project.
