Unclear about pricing

I'm consider using RunMyProcess for a new client and am learning about via a trial at the moment.

However, I don't understand the pricing where it says:

"Up to 300 integration process (started by a web service, an email or a timer)"

First, I don't understand what is meant by "integration process".

Second, is the limit 300 per user per month? 300 per user per year? Or what?
