Menu bar doesn't display in mobile version

Hi all,

I have different web interfaces with a menu bar that it's shown correctly in desktop, but it doesn't appear in mobile version (nor in the app or in the browser).

I attach the screenshots.

Hi Angie,

Please click on "options", as attached in screenshot to see/access the MenuBar on RunMyApp.

Let us know for any additional clarifications.

Thanks for your answer, but "options" is not available as you can see in the screenshot.

Hi Angie,

You are getting the menu option in disabled state in RunMyApp, one possibility is it might be due to your custom css. Please try using the default css of RunMyProcess to test this issue. If its working fine in default css, you may need to update your css accordingly.

I created another web interface with the default css but the menu options is unavailable yet.

Hi Angie,

Please explore and confirm on below to investigate/suggest further.

-Install latest RunMyApp and cross verify on any other mobile and to see that it works perfectly. If the problem still exists, please share the specification of your mobile.
-Update your web-interface as Public, and share the URL to test from our end.
-Also let us how you are accessing the URL on mobile.

Hi Murali, 

- I verified in other mobiles and this were the results:
  • Device: Huawei G6, SO Android 4.3      ---> doesn't work
  • Device: Galaxy SE, SO Android 4.2.2   ---> doesn't work
  • Device: LG G4, SO Android 6               ---> Work OK
- The web interface can't be update to public:
