Error in process - "Not Connected"

Hi Team,

We are getting below message in the process flow with waiting state and not in failed state

"2014-07-25T09:03:57+0000 - Task "Identify subscriber list to be notified " (id: 19[0] - status: ACTIVE): Not connected"

Mostly at the email step , it is waiting state and and with the above error.

After reprocess, it is completing fine instead of smooth process completion without manual intervention.

Hi Sai,

Can you send us screenshots of your process report and of your process (with all the details of the task in error)?

When you restart your process, you click on edit, and next what do you do? Do you change the status on the task in error to "waiting"? If yes, when you change a step in "waiting" this step is not really relaunched. There are only output parameters who are recalculated.

Hi

Please find the process and subprocess screenshots in the attachment.

Error shows as "Identify subscriber list to be notified" but the in the process , we that the process is waiting at step - create collection which is having email step only.

After edit , I am just save the step and refreshing the process and it works without error, as shown in the screenshot .

We see this type of error only for few times but not everytime and we are relaunching to make the process continue
