Read RMP data from external BI tool

Hi, we use Entrinsik Informer as our BI tool. We would like to use this tool to read the data in the processes in RMP and use that data to produce reports in Informer. How would we go about doing this?

Hello Sir,

Entrinsik is Business Intelligence tool for Data Analysis.As per your requirement you want to fetch data from Entrinsik & used it in RunMyProcess & accordingly manipulate data to generate reports. 

In order to get data from Entrinsik need to integrate  with RunMyProcess using Web services(REST or SOAP) .

You can check API documentation on their web site. 

In RunMyProcess need to create connector & configure it then launch it. You can refer below given user guide links
