Cant select WI screen in process manual task

Hi, I have designed a WI that only has a launch screen. When trying to use it in a process for a manual task, it allows me to select the WI but not the screen. The dropdown list appears blank.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi,

 

You cannot assign "Launch" screen to manual task.

If you want to add new screen to WI, Please follow below steps-

 1. click on the “+” image as shown in screenshot –

 

 

2. Enter name and click on “Add new screen”

 

Then go to your process=> select manual task => select WI => select screen
