Hi,

Question 1: Is there a way we can sort the web interface report response? For example, I have the following Web Interface report and I want to default sort the response based on the MEASURE_9:

https://live.runmyprocess.com/live/2215365968/applireport/nominations.csv?nb=20&first=0&column=name%20measure_10%20measure_2%20measure_3%20measure_9%20measure_6%20measure_1%20measure_14%20measure_11%20measure_5%20measure_8%20measure_12&operator=EE%20EE%20EE%20IN&value=58903%20%7BTEST%7D%2086303%201&filter=PROJECT%20MODE%20APPLI%20STATE&media=json

Question 2: The query parameter "nb" seems to control the number of records returned for a specific query. Can I set it to a value which returns me all the data in a single query?

Thanks!

Hi Somesh,
Answer for Question 1-You can add Measure_9 as one column in web interface report configurations and save that report.
In report widget select this particular web interface report and check Sortable.
At runtime click on column name e.g. Measure_9 .It will sort ASC and DESC respectively.

Can you please elaborate more for Question 2?

Thanks & regards,

For question 1, I am not using any web interface report widget to display the report data on UI. I am parsing the response to access process level data. My question was to check if we can indicate the sort expectation through the query parameters.

Hi Somesh

Please add this into you report query :

&orderby=MEASURE_9&order=desc

You can get up to 100 instances. If you want to get all, you must paginate queries.

Best regards.
