Public creation process and private validation

Hello,

It's my third project on RunMyProcess and for the first time i really need help.

First i will explain what i need.

The project is a form to request a visit in the factory.

This first step is public.

After the request the form go to an employee for validation (and this step is private)

But i can't hide the captcha and the validation button / refuse button is disabled.

I think is not possible but i need process like this someone have solution ?

After that can you tell me if is possible (if the employee refuse the request) to resend the form to the requester through email ?

I have resolve the captcha problem but I still can not update my process
the button is disabled again

Hi Nicolas,

Kindly share the details/screen-print of the error you are getting to understand the issue. Are you getting button disabled on "Validation" screen or "Raison du refus" activity?

My first screen work very well the anon can fill the form but the trouble appear at the step of validation the validors can't validate, the button is disabled

Bonjour Monsieur BONDOUX,

Après analyse de votre besoin, j'aurais les suggestions suivantes:

- Il faudrait créer deux processus distincts: un PUBLIC et l'autre  PRIVE.

- La partie publique (accessible à tous) sera complètement détachée de la partie privée.

- L'utilisateur déclenchera donc le processus privé à l'aide d'un connecteur qui se chargera via son provider de faire l'authentification.

- En cas de refus de la demande, un processus PUBLIC sera déclenché et un email sera envoyé au demandeur pour lui demander de 

compléter / modifier les informations.

En cas de souci, nous pouvons prévoir un appel téléphonique avec partage d'écran pour en discuter.
