Hi,

Lets take for example i have a web interface which have the following fields

a) Name
b) Age
c) School
d) Status
e) comment section

this web-interface is connected to a process which has two actions approve and reject, after the ticket gets approved and the process ends the ticket details are shown in web interface reports,

Now lets say the ticket status is closed(i.e after it has been approved), now the end user as an admin wants to update certain fields such as age and school for that particular ticket .

How can i do that?

Regards,
Somjit

Hi Somjit,

As per your requirement, you want to update computed parameters after process executed successfully.

Generally web interface reports allow you to only view information from your applications not to update/edit information.

So it is not possible update computed parameters using web interface report.

If you have to update those parameter need to store it into collection & then generate collection report.

For the collection(Back office) you need set admin access so that he is only person responsible to update  data.

Please dont hesitate to contact us for more information.

Ghanshyam

Hi Ghanshyam,

Its not that i want to manipulate or update the computed parameters from web-interface reports after the process executed successfully, what i wanted was to manipulate them from another web-interface by some CAPI, and basically we can manipulate the computed parameters of an existing process instance from after it has been completed through some custom build things in rmp anyways we will do that . You can close the case.

Regards,
Somjit
