How can I view my billing info and company name?

Hello Emontoya,

Thank you for contacting Fujitsu RunMyProcess.

To check Billing status and company name you have two approaches.

1) Open below link and check information you want.


2)  Account ==> Configuration 

If you have an admin profile then inside Configuration tab, you will find Account Configuration Module Link. Where you can see the name of your registered company, Billing status as well as Users count. For supporting reference please check attache screenshot.

I only can change the company name, but I need to know how can I change payment info like a card number, address, etc. for future payments?

From RunMyProcess IDE you can not change payment info, for this kindly contact RunMyProcess sales team.
