Not Found (404) - The server has not found anything matching the request URI

Hi,

I have the following problem: I've made a very simple process (start > connector activity > manual task > end) and it is working perfectly on test mode, however, I'm trying to put my project in live mode, creating a new version and configuring it like production mode.
Then, I see my project in my Homepage, and I can start it normally, but in the Launch WI, when I click the button that should start the process, a popup window is shown with the message:

Unable to start process
Not Found (404) - The server has not found anything matching the request URI

I've reviewed process, WI, access rights and I have no idea, why is happening that.

Hi,

This error happens often when you for got to include a resource in your version that you pushed to LIVE.

Make sure everything is included, check the INCLUDED PROJECTS also.

what kind of resources are you talking about? If you mean common resources like WI, or process, of course I've checked that are all included in the moment of creating the new version.

I attach an image to show it you. I don't miss anything.

Some other idea?

Hi,

The resource I mentioned is exactly what you showed me.

Button says 404 not found.

The button is set to start process.

I think what is not found is the process.

But it seems from your screen shot, the process is included.

Can you open browser console and see what exactly is not found?

There should be a https call upon button click, and that should have status 404.

Browser developer console should be able to detect this, hit keyborad F12 key, and click on your button.

Hi Taka,

After watch the console, I see that the app is looking for the conector in another project I have that is using the same conector. I don't know why, but dettaching the conector (and the provider), and attaching them again on my project, the problem is solved.
