Regarding Web Interface Report

Hello Team,
I am using web Interface Report in which I want to display the lists of tasks that are pending for particular user.I tried it but its showing all the pending and completed tasks of all the users.
I have used filter as "delegated to" with [[user.login]] but it is showing as "No Items" in the result.
Please suggest me about how to do this.

Hello Team,

I want clarify my problem of WI Report.

Suppose I have roles as Manager,Senior Executive.

Then the report should display the tasks that are pending for Manager when the manager enters into the system and when Senior executive enters into the system the report should display task for Senior executive.

Please suggest me regarding this.

Hi Priyanka

In order to do this, you need to add a filter [[user.login]] in the WI report and save it.The data will be displayed according to the login user.But before that, you need to first store the id of the login user in a variable in your WI using ${P_initiator.login} and use the same variable as measure in your process.Map that variable with [[user.login]] in WI report filter condition.The report content will change according to the login user.

Hi Priyanka,

Adding to Bidisha's post:

You need to add two filter to fulfill your requirement.

Please follow below steps:

1. You need one status column in your process activity (like status = Pending) in output variable (this process should be involved with the desired WI).

2. After this you have to add status column in the WI report as a filter (status = Pending).

3. Add one more filter (started by - contains - [[user.login]] ).

So, this will show the report which is pending from those person who logged in that time.

Hi Priyanka,

Please follow the below steps - 

1. Add student(assuming it is email_id) into the measures.

2. Go to WI report and choose your WI.

3. Select the measure (email_id).

4. Select Group1 => Month and Group2 =>email_id and select Aggregation function Number=>count.
