Can you confirm this?
I have some issues with authentication on https://portal.runmyprocess.com/. I verified it with a trashmail account and I think there is something wrong with the generated temporary passwords.
Can you confirm this?

Please use your email address as a login and this temporary password: *********
You will then be asked in a second screen to enter a new password twice
