portal login does not work

I have some issues with authentication on https://portal.runmyprocess.com/. I verified it with a trashmail account and I think there is something wrong with the generated temporary passwords.

Can you confirm this?

Hi Frank,

Try  putting  the generated temporary passwords in the login page without doing : copy -> past .

I just succeed in logging with the  email and password you have sent me.
After that there is a page that asks you to define a new password and check "I have read  and I accept the User Licence Agreement" to be able to login to the platform
