Check boxes and Radio buttons not visible for certain users in Google Chrome browser

Hi,

Since Monday, we are seeing that Check boxes and Radio buttons not visible for certain users in Web Interface when they use Google Chrome browser. If the users switched to Mozilla Firefox or another computer, they can see the Check Boxes/Radio Button's.

Any idea why this could be happening and how we can resolve this issue?

          This might happen if sometimes browsing data has not been cleared for long time. Kindly can you please try emptying the browser cache once. Please find the link below for emptying the cache

Hi Krishna,

            In addition to that restore the browser setting to default setting and disable the unused extensions of the browser which had been added up on the browsers extensions.

We tried disabling the browser extensions and clearing all the settings. It did not make any difference.
