Hi guys, have a question on Google Site:
when a workflow is connected to the Google site, the page-level permissions can affect the activities that a user can do in the flow?
For example, a user must start the process in RunMyProcess (or he is an approver), can have all 3 types of permissions (owner, can view and can edit) or if you participate actively in the process can only have a certain type of page-level permissions?

Hi,

RMP access rights are totally unrelated to Google sites permission.
Both services run independent of each other.
Only thing is, maybe SSO is making it easy to access both services.

Generally speaking if you have a RMP web form that only user A can see in RMP, and you embed this in google site page where user A cannot see, then user will have difficulty finding this RMP web form.
But he/she still can access this if they find out the URL somehow.

Best regards,

Taka
