Hi guys,

I want to unlock a process instance when infinite loop is detected. Can I update the loop index?

Thanks in advance,

Toni

Hi Toni,

You can update the variable values or related free-marker code that were computed in a process activity step, related guidelines can be referred from RMP userguide.
Attached a screenshot to update and validate the same.

Below are the brief sequence of steps to follow:
  • Edit Process Execution
  • Change the current activity step to corresponding status
  • Update params in Parameters Tab-->"Computed Parameters" (Step1,Step2)
  • Click on 'Save' in Main Execution Path
  • Re-execute process step to see updated Parameters(Step 3)
Please take a measure, if there are multiple process instances effected while you perform the updates.
