I have received an issue from customer as below :
"RMP instance #20084
The mentioned RMP instance unable to closed in RMP application. While trying to update the resolution received/provided time, its not accepting and getting blank again and again.
Kindly check why unable to update and close the RMP instance #20084."
There is no any error behind this issue , and the instance just getting stuck and waiting status (orange circle)
Please Advise.

The problem is that the customer validate the last activity"Close Request" and fill the required fields and they not accepting and getting blank again and again.
The Customer can't fill the last activity.
