Intermittent Application Initialization Error.

Hi,

The RMP application keeps throwing the "Application initialization error" intermittently while loading the launch or a subsequent Web Interface form (most of the times on cleaning the browser cache and refreshing the URL fixes the issue).

We have a few JS snippets, which are sitting on the web interface form: was wondering if there is an intermittent issue with the DOM not loading fully and the JS getting kicked off. But - have tried document.ready (jQuery) to wait for the complete DOM to load without much success and still see the error intermittently.

Please provide your suggestions.

Hi Somesh,

The function document.ready (jQuery) is not relevant into a RunMyProcess interface. Check up your code syntaxt. Does it fulfill the rules? Does it work properly if you remove the code?

If you did not fix that issue yet. I am curious and would like to have a look. Could you give me Project Name / Web interface Name and credentials to the account (if yes, send it to me inbox)?
