[REPORT] : Report extraction not corresponding to the view - date offset

Hello,
From the report view, i extract a report.
When i compare the date on the view and on excel report, i see an offset of 2 hours.
It seems a problem between the local time (view) and the GMT time ( excel).
could you help me to fix the issue?
