Update process not running in Web Interface

hi, I am doing some testing in my applictaion in TEST mode. The flow was working fine until yesterday.

After I submit, it will go to manual task. User is suppose some buttons and depend on the condition, it will go to different flow.

I have a button whereby when user click, it will update the process and show next screen. Now, that button cannot trigger the update process after the pre-launch script is run.

I even created a new button to just show pop-up message. It is also not running.

I have make sure the
1) pre-launch script have value true; at the end,
2) There is no compulsory fields at that screen
3) I have enable all fields to be active in that screen
4) I have removed all jscript that control the visible and active

It is still not running.

It only continue to update the process if I put JS coding to launch a dialog box.

What else to check ? any other faster way to check ? I have all the roles in TEST mode.

I have a demo to my users on this friday morning and cannot redo all the design in a new WI to figure out what when wrong,

Hi,

I am able to reproduce the issue, it is not related to pre-launch script. Kindly uncheck the "Dynamic Screen" checkbox in the process task activity configuration.

I will make some test on "Dynamic screen" and will update you soon why button are deactivated due to selection of "Dynamic Screen" checkbox.

Good day Pankaj,

I have followed your suggestion to uncheck the "Dynamic Screen" checkbox.
I submitted a new form and it is still not working.

I have temporarily change all my update process to prompt out dialogbox to make proceed first, as i need to demo to my users.

Hopefully, can get some suggestions from you. Otherwise i have to redo the whole WI again

 Hello,

I am able to reproduce the issue, and not facing issue with pre-launch script or "Dynamic Screen".
I made some test on "Dynamic screen". It is working fine for me. 
Are you still facing this issue?

Good day,

I am still facing the same problem. It is like something is preventing the process from being run but I do not know what as there is nothing to tell me why it refused to run.

any other ideas? If not, then there is no choice. I will have to redo the whole form again

Please create a ticket on RunMyProcess Support Portal for this issue as due to revised policy, we can not have an screen-sharing session on cases on RMP Developer Community.

Kindly share the details, Our Team will try to resolve the issue by having an screen-sharing session.We are not able to find the reason of this behavior from the information you shared.
