Submit by a delegated user

Hello RMP team,

I'm trying the RMP now and I have a question about delegation.

When a use A who is given a right by a user B, can user A submit any request instead of user B?
I referred the following part of User Guide and saw the delegated approval/rejection is no problem, but I couldn't clear my question...

If it's possible, could you tell me how to implement a process on your platform?

Hi,

Thank you for using Fujitsu RunMyProcess platform.

As per your query you can not create any new request i.e delegation will work only for validation of assigned task.

For example: If user A(User) who delegates all of his/her task to user B(delegated to) then once the User receives a new manual task.

From that moment, the Delegated to, as well as the User, will receive a notification mail in order to validate the task. All of the existing manual tasks that were not validated by the User yet, can be validated by the Delegated to. Nevertheless, the Delegated to won't get any mail notification concerning the existing manual tasks.

As per your second query I think you wanted to know how to create/implement a process in RunMyProcess.

To do so you have to follow below steps:

1. Create an organization (describes the structure of a company or its subsidiaries).

2. Create a project.

3. After creation of project you can find "New" option. So you need to click on this a select process (with any role/entity which you created in organization).
