Update RMP Basket

Hello Team,

One of our user is facing issue with RMP basket.
The issue is user has one pending request in his basket.However he has no pending tasks in the application.
how to update the RMP basket of that particular user.

Hello Sir/Madam, 

If Task Basket count is not 0, it means some process instances are running.Can you please check that "any process instance is in running state" in your application.
Also check while header configuration have you check the basket option for "All Instance"  please find the attached screenshot.

Can you please provide the below mentioned screenshots so that we can check and help you to resolve issue.
1. Header Configuration of WI
2. Task (pending request) appear while you click on basket.
3. Process report of the pending request appearing

Hi Sir,

In header configuration the option "all instances" will show the all process instances from all projects which you have created in your account.
To find the particular instance, you need to select "current web interface instances" in header configuration.
Please refer attached screenshot.

As I asked you in my previous answer, I will need you to access to your account to fix this issue. Two possibilities does exist either you give your credentials or you create a new user with the following login "mbureau...@runmyprocess.com" et the following name: Marion Bureau. 
If this does not make sense to you, do not hesite to set up a meeting with screensharing. It will be faster and more efficient.
