One of our user is facing issue with RMP basket.
The issue is user has one pending request in his basket.However he has no pending tasks in the application.
how to update the RMP basket of that particular user.

As requested by you, we have sent credentials of the users on your mail to solve the basket issue. As this issue is urgent and pending from long period, will you please check to get it resolve as early as possible?
