I will need your help to get a few queries answered.

How can we maintain audit trail of all workflows?

How are digital signatures used in runmyprocess. We want to have every approver sign with electronic signature while approving a workflow. For example the way they use in hellosign.com

How can we maintain organizational hierarchy for sending approval requests?

How can we convert an audit trail to PDF and insert that in GOOGLE drive?

How can a rejection be intimated to the all the people in the hierarchy that the reimbursement has been rejected? This needs to be done by email notifications.

How do I configure user login so that every user who wants to create a reimbursement has to log into runmyprocess?

How are digital signatures used in runmyprocess.
We want to have every approver sign with electronic signature while approving a workflow.
For example the way they use in hellosign.com

>>The authentication of the signature needs to be verified by signature servers, which basically are tools like you mentioned.
RMP provides an integration to such tools which would bring up the digital signature on our forms and display it,
as needed. This would incur incident charges which these signature servers would charge, apart from the RMP license costs.

Though Murali has provided information on my queries and I have gone through all the links provided by him, I need your help in getting more specific information on the following:

How can we maintain audit trail of all workflows?
Requirement: We want to keep an audit trail of the life cycle of every workflow from start to end. Once the workflow terminates, whatever the case may be, approved or rejected, we need to have one consolidated PDF that shows the complete history and actions performed by users for that workflow. This is bacuse we want to print that PDF and keep it in file. We also want to insert this PDF in google Drive in a specific folder.Can you please help us in understanding how this is possible? How many manhours of job is this?


How are digital signatures used in runmyprocess. 
Requirement: We want that every user who creates/approves/rejects the workflow needs to sign the action with some kind of a signature. Can you please help us in understanding how this is possible? What is the cost associated with this and how many manhours of job is this?

Requirement: How can we create an Organizational hierarchy. Is there an option to upload an excel sheet to create an organizational hierarchy? Can you please help us in understanding how this is possible? How many manhours of job is this?

Requirement: If an expense approval is rejected, we want to intimate all the users in the chain that the approval request has been rejected and for which reason. This needs to be done through an email.  Can you please help us in understanding how this is possible? How many manhours of job is this?

Requirement: We want to have a log in functionality for every user - creator/approver - whoever who wants to use the runmyprocess app. How can we do this?   Can you please help us in understanding how this is possible? How many manhours of job is this?

Do we need to purchase licence for every user who wants to use the application or do you have any plans?

Besides, is there a possibility that you can show us all of this/ whatever possible in a demo so that we can we can quickly purchase licences and start building.
