Unable to Load List - URL not found

Have a review section that has a number of custom list questions - section previously worked, but now all custom lists are giving a Unable to Load List (not found) error and a 404 URL not found popup message.

Have tried to reconnect lists, do new lists from scratch, etc - still same error.

Hi Jeff,

Did you get this error when executing your application in LIVE or TEST environment? In case of LIVE, you could try to recreate your version. In case it's TEST, you may have deleted it, didn't you?
