Delegation

Hello Support,

I have one process which is triggered by an email. I have one lane which is for initiator.

If the User(A) from the initiator's lane delegate his tasks to some other user(B) in the account then will it be possible for the Other user(B) to trigger the process on behalf of the original user(A).

Hi Sagar,

Delegation is to allow tasks assigned to user(A) to be validated by delegate i.e 'user(B)'.

Where as,Triggering the process by mail is very much possible by sending the related mail to 'process+...@runmyprocesss.com' ; from an active user mail-id of the account.
And is not linked with Delegation.

Let me know, if you have any other clarifications with screenshot of the process.
