Can not access Run My Process

We are receiving this message when we try to access a Form

"Internal Server Error (500) - The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request"

And when we try log in at https://portal.runmyprocess.com/

We get

"Invalid username or password"

Can you please confirm if there are server errors, or this is happening just for our application
