hi, i have problems in moment the save versioned files and updating process, showing an error 500. this error is intermittent. Exist a problem in the platform?

Hi There,

Can you please check the process configuration i.e process variables or free marker code is written properly.Also please confirm the size of file you are uploading in the versioned files.

It would be grateful if you share the screenshot of the error.

hi, the error not is uploading file, is saving update the versioned file.
Only displays an internal server error (500), do not show more information. Attached image

Hi there,

Can you please check whether you are facing the same issue on different browsers.

From first screenshot,it seems the user is having not having access rights to update the process.Add the particular the user into the role and try to update the process.

Please let us know which file is saving in the versioned files.

Could you please check your organisation setup, Roles and Entity. Also check Access Right tab of project. After that you can try to update the process.
