Basket numbers wrong in Test Mode

In Test Mode, Process instances and according web interface instances are deleted after 2 months. However, the number in the basket is not reduced. This leads to an inconsistency in Test Mode.
Is there a way to reset the basket in test mode?

Hi Uwe,

You can not refresh the task basket of your account, however if you want us to refresh the task basket, kindly create a ticket on RunMyProcess Support Portal.

Please share below information in ticket:-

  1. Account id
  2. Project Name
  3. Web-interface in which task basket is shown
