User Process Error Message

Hi Team.
When I try create a order, appears this message error, that I put in attachments. Somebody can explain me this error?

Hi,

This error usually comes, when the logged in user in not part of the role, which is linked to the Process Start Event, where in the new order is getting generated.

Also that i wonder, on which you RMP account you are trying these functionalities?
Because, your trail account registered with us got expired in last weak, and there were no licenses purchased on the account 'Subcross' yet.

Please provide us the Paid account details(send it to my mail-id) to validate and help on your queries in further.

So, what I want to know is: in start event is not possible to have more than user assigned?

My trial expired, but I have help one friend that probably will go buy a lot of users, but in the moment we are testing some functionalities.
