Hello,
I have a Web Interface that has a process called via "API Listener".

The API is triggered by a variable change.

The process is triggerd and completes BUT also the script (alert) put for the event "Aborted" is executed !

So, the script for "Completed" event is executed API but, after, RMP executes also the script for error events:
- if "Not started" script is enabled, RMP executes it,
otherwise
- if "Aborted" script is enabled, RMP executes it,
otherwise
- if "Cancelled" script is enabled, RMP executes it.

If none of the above error events is enabled then the API process is triggerd and exeuted BUT the "Completed" event script is NOT executed.

Could you, please, help on this problem ?
Is there something I could check or try ?

Thank you!

Hi there,

Sorry for late response.
But as you described above.
It is working fine with the above implementation.
Could you please confirm once and check with the scripts in API Listener tab for different stage of process.

Try once by taking simple WI with one input widget and call the process on listen to variable via API Listener.
Let us know if still it is same scenario.

Please don't hesitate to contact us for further query.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi,
No, I have not resolved with any suggested solution.

I solved removing and recreating the scripts for the events triggered in the API listener.

Thank you,
Luigi
