About creating notifications

Hi there.

I'm wondering if I could create notifications or alerts, I don't know if I could send periodic alerts or notifications automatically to an specific user.

Hi,

Yes you can.

A simple way is to use "Intermediary Event" in process design, like attached design.

You can user the Timer type intermediary event introduced here:

The attached design will,

1. Count time

2. (if not completed in configured time duration) cancel the manual task temporarily, and go into notification branch

3. Come back to the manual task (+notification if you have it defined)

4. Start counting time again

This is a simple example, might not fit your requirements exactly, but I hope you can work your way from this.
