Error creating new user

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a new user but I have an error that says the user is duplicated, but I don't have any user with the same login.

I attach the error.

Hi Angie,

Could you please confirm the mail-id of the user, so that we can delete/deactivate the user.

NB: When we deactivate the user, all the saved work during the trail period will be lost.
