Starting Process with Email Message

Hello -

I have a simple process that I am attempting to start with an email message. However, every email that I send gets put in the Messages With Errors list with this error message.
"Trying to start a process using a non configured message box."

I don't understand what is meant by a "message box", but I did map the email content to a variable. And I can successfully do a "Launch Test".

So what is the "message box" and where is it?

In my last test for the day, the error message simply said "null".  What does that mean?

Hi Michael,

I think encountered similar issue a few month back, and was able to solve by pushing a version to LIVE.

Can you try putting a version of the application in LIVE?

Even if you application is nowhere near live, make a version of the project, include that process with Email trigger, and push it to LIVE.

Make sure you don't include any process with timer, it will run and you will be charged, you don't want that :)

I believe the "message box" is referring to the email address that receives your email and starts the process.
