Submit / Complete button greyed out on manual task

Hello,

I have a button in a manual task that is supposed to move the process forward.

It is disabled now, and I can't figure out why. All required fields have been filled in and I belong to the lane that the task is in.

Is there another reason why this could be failing?

Hi Jin,

Either you are not assigned this task, or the button is not set to 'Active' in this screen, or there is a JS or pre-launch script that disables it. If you are still stuck, then you can contact Nick Leyton, our Sales Mananger (nle...@runmyprocess.com) and set up a support contract so that we can check your application implementation.
