error when opening a form

A user gets an error when opening a form :

The page at https://live.runmyprocess.com says :

An error occurred while retrieving your details from Google :
{"error":"Unauthorized:user...@domain.com. Please contact your administrator."}

The user is in the user-list, has the correct access-rights.
Is this a Google-related issue or a RMP-issue ?

It seems to be related with access right.

Could you tell me user belong to which "Access right's type".
