Excellent application, But how to i understand its full concept

I have been trying out this wonderful application for close to a month now, with the sole purpose of using it to automate some of my organizations business processes. So far i am convinced that this application will suit our need, especially the easy integration to Google app my company makes use of and the available connectors.

But i still have some concerns, the learning curve is quite steep due to the nature of the documentation. I have not been able to connect the individual dots of the application. for example variable mapping to processes.In the sample 10 minus app this variable was use ${P_initiator.login} but i couldn't find any reference of this in the documentation.

Please i pledge anyone who knows a better way to master this platform should help so that i can suggest it to my organization.

I from a programming background,and have strong JavaScript knowledge as well as Object oriented programming.
