Hello, we have some doubts about the way you charge the file storage in an usage based account.

How are you gonna charge this concept if, by example, in a determined point of time i'm using 10GB of storage, but the next day y delete most of the files of my old processes and my file storage is 1GB. Are going to charge me for the 1GB im still using? or you are gonna charge me for the 10GB of storage i previously had? I'm making myself clear?

Hope you can help me.

Regards.

Hi Pablo,

It would be peak usage of the month so in your example 10 gb x $0.104 per gb ~ $1 per month

In general, there are less chances of major fluctuations in pricing as its price is very low and file attachment widgets permits max 12 mb size only.

You can contact our Business Dev Manager, Nick Leyton at nle...@runmyprocess.com for pricing related discussions.
