Subject not mapped to variable in message trigger

Hi all,

I've a process that is started by mail message.
I have to read subject and content, but seems that subject field is not mapped to any variable, even if I've created an input variable and mapped subject to it, at the same manner I've do with content...

After creating the input, are you sure you selected the variable as "Map subject to" parameter of the event start of your process?
